Established in 2013, IMS Unison University transformed itself into the epicentre for Higher Education and Management Studies. The university started its journey as the Institute of Management Studies, established in 1996. With its diversified teaching methods, value-added training programmes, and industry-linked curriculum efforts in innovation & research, the university was ranked 6th Best Private University in India by Times B-School Survey in February 2022. The university is dedicated to all-around development of students and groom them for Academic, Physical, and Psychological growth.
The university provides multidisciplinary education at UG, PG, and Ph. D level under its five Schools. IMS Unison University provides excellent placement opportunities and training to its students. The university also conducts Personality Development Programmes, Grooming & Etiquette Training, Mock Interviews, and Group Discussion under the supervision of experts. Every year, the university invites some top companies for campus recruitment like Radisson, Bose, Parle ITC Ltd., Wipro Technologies, Vodafone, Mahindra Logistics, Axis Bank, The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group, Yes Bank, Asian Paints, and many more.
The university has introduced various clubs and societies for the holistic development of students. Some of the notable clubs are Dance Club, Music Club, Literary Club, Fine Arts Club, Dramatics Club, Photography Club, and many more. Students can choose from a variety of clubs according to their interests.
IMS Unison University conducts various Skill Development Programmes, Grooming & Etiquette Training, Personality Development Programmes, and Summer Training & Internship to upskill students and empower them with problem-solving capabilities. The university organises placement drives every year where top companies like Radisson, Bose, Parle ITC Ltd., Wipro Technologies, Vodafone, Mahindra Logistics, Axis Bank, and many more take part and provide job opportunities.
IMS Unison University focuses not only on academics but also on research. The university strives to foster aspiring researchers. The university emphasises collaborative research with government, industry, society, and underprivileged community groups.
The university always recognises the meritorious students and provides them different types of financial aid in the form of Scholarship. The scholarship is available for all the programmes and applicable for the complete duration of the courses.
The university organises Guest Lectures, Industrial & Rural Visits, and Practical Workshops as an integral part of the study. Periodic guest lectures on special topics, such as Digital Marketing and Data analytics are organised for the benefit of the students.
The university organises an annual sports meet which provides ample opportunities to the students to sharpen their talents. At the university, students are involved in different sports like volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton, chess, and athletics.
