The university aims to create a comprehensive approach to help students to execute and succeed in their business ventures. To encourage and create an entrepreneurship culture in the university, especially among students, AIC works closely with the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) a student body, created to boost students’ innovation efforts.

The University’s Dassault Systèmes Centre of Excellence is equipped with a variety of facilities starting from Dassault Systèmes (DS) software to high-end workstations, 3D experience theatre, VR setup and labs along with functional spaces. The university gives the student an opportunity to explore the fields of product design, business analytics and predictive sciences for drug discovery and systems biology analysis.

Shiv Nadar University is committed towards creating a safe and healthy environment for its students, faculty members and anyone who visits the premises. It works in collaboration with various government and private bodies to promote high standards in environmental care, continual improvement in performance of services and operations.

The Artificial Intelligence Club of the university was founded in 2019 and it is directed jointly by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. The club organises various online and offline seminars for students with national and international researchers and industry experts. It serves as a place of community for discussing, learning about, and working on topics related to machine learning and artificial intelligence among candidates.The club arranges various activities such as discussions of current events in Artifical Intelligence, professor talks, tutorials, and workshops.

The university offers various internship opportunities to students in all the domains to learn about industry experience. It has collaborated with various legacy brands such as Varun Beverages, Mace, Cadence, White Panda, Parcel Panther, Transweb, Fab Hotels,Chw Forge, Rncos, Milk Basket and many more for internships. 

The university believes that international partnerships through research and teaching collaborations are essential for students’ growth. In order to achieve this, it has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several universities such as The University of California, University of Michigan, The University of Essex, Ontario Universities International, Heidelberg University, University of Queensland, Deakin University, and many more.

Shiv Nadar University Alumni Relations Office was set up in January 2015. It looks after alumni engagement and maintains a communication channel with them. Some of the top alumni of the university are Raja Sen, Ganeshlenin Kandasamy, Rakesh B Nair and many more.
