Preparation Tips

Here are some tips for WBJEE preparation that can help students successfully crack the entrance examination:

  1. To prepare for the WBJEE exam, it is important to create a study schedule by listing the exam topics and prioritising them based on marks weightage. Then, stick to the schedule and plan to learn new concepts during the most productive time of the day.

  2. Assessing your strengths and weaknesses is essential while preparing for the WBJEE exam. Determine which subjects are more challenging and which ones can be tackled easily. Allocate time based on this assessment so that easier subjects can be revised even when time is limited.

  3. To make the most of your study time for the WBJEE exam, referring only to relevant source materials is essential. Avoid wasting time going through unnecessary materials during the exam. Instead, plan and identify the materials that must be referred to beforehand.

  4. Reviewing the previous year’s papers and attending mock tests while preparing for the WBJEE exam is crucial. Last year’s papers provide a clear understanding of the exam pattern and the types of questions that can be expected.

  5. To excel in the WBJEE exam, consistent and deliberate practice is key. It is essential to practise regularly and reinforce what has been learned.
