  • Registration

To begin with, candidates must register by logging onto the website mcc.nic.in and complete the registration process to select their college and course choices.

After registering, a unique User ID and Password will be generated and sent to the candidate’s registered email address and mobile number. The candidate can use the provided User ID and Password to proceed with the subsequent stages of the process.

  • Submission of Choice & Locking

In this stage, candidates must select their desired courses and colleges to indicate their preferences. After making their selections, candidates must click the “Save” button to lock in their choices.

  • Seat Allotment Results

The seat allotment results are announced a few days after the choice-locking period.

Candidates will be sent an SMS or email notification regarding their allotted course and college. It is important to note that the seats will be allotted based on the choices filled in by the candidate.

  • Modify and Lock

Candidates who are not satisfied with their allotted seats may modify their choices.

To modify their choices, candidates must log in to the official website using their credentials and make the necessary changes. Once the changes have been made, the candidate must lock in their choices again.

  • It is crucial to use NCERT textbooks as the foundation material for NEET preparation.>
  • Assign a specific reference book for each topic.
  • Regularly taking mock tests is crucial as it allows you to practise in an environment similar to the NEET exam.
  • It is essential to analyse each mock test thoroughly. Your NEET preparation can only be considered complete if you identify and work on your mistakes.
