VIT Amravati University

The university fosters practical knowledge amongst its students through engineering clinics. The clinics provide space for students to practise the concepts which they learned and can execute in the real world. They are assigned a faculty coordinator and work in groups to where they apply classroom knowledge on industrial projects.  

The university’s programmes are designed to make the students industry-ready by providing mandatory internships. To improve the placement opportunities, VIT-AP conducts the final semester as the Cooperative Education Programme (co-op programme). This programme enables industrial exposure and makes them strong candidates ready for their job role.

VIT-AP has international tie-ups with eminent foreign universities to provide its students with global exposure in their learning. It has collaborated with some of the renowned foreign universities, such as Rochester Institute of Technology and Queensland University. It has Study Abroad Programmes (SAP) and International Transform Programmes (ITP). The university also provides collaborative Masters with Doctoral programmes.    

The FFCS at the Amaravati campus offers its students the flexibility to select the courses of their choice. The choice can solely be based on students aptitude and interests.  

The unique mentoring programme at the university assigns one faculty member to a group of students to provide proper guidance. This helps them to make right decisions about their career and life.
