Starex University was founded in 2016 under the Haryana Private Universities Act and is situated in the technologically advanced Millennium City, Gurugram. The university is recognised by the UGC and is also a member of AIU. It gets its radiance and quality from providing students with outstanding education and preparing them for the difficulties of the professional world. Hence, it emphasises on helping students nurture their soft skills. The university is committed to improving students’ overall growth by creating a fantastic atmosphere of greenery, pristine lawns, a lovely, well-maintained campus, outstanding amenities, and dedicated faculties.
The university offers a wealth of chances for students to advance their careers, including top-notch instruction, a well-maintained curriculum & labs, and placement in renowned MNCs. The university offers the opportunity to study abroad. Hence, it has collaborated with two major universities, namely – ICHM, Adelaide, Australia, and The Apprenticeship Training Program For Hospitality, Germany, Europe. Additionally, the university offers scholarships to students in order to facilitate their career growth.
The university’s primary mission is to provide its students with a top-notch education to concentrate on achieving their goals and advancing society through their knowledge. Starex University has signed MoUs with two international universities, ICHM & Adelaide, to provide students with an added benefit and increase their educational opportunities. This helps the students to gain international exposure.
The Placement Cell at Starex University excels at motivating students to pursue self-employment. In addition, they are dedicated to teaching communication skills in Language Labs to develop qualified labour for the corporate world, where most employment is available.
Starex University has collaborated with IBM to provide industry-oriented programmes in MBA and B.Tech. It ensures that students get the best possible training. The university ensures these training sessions boost students’ skills and prepare them for the corporate world. Additionally, it follows an effective ‘Industry-Academia Collaboration Framework’.
International Students Facilitation Centre provides students with complete guidance from amenities, advice, and assistance, so they are included. It ensures that every international student gets an equal opportunity to prosper and showcase their skills during their time at the university. Moreover, the university invites international students to add diversity to their culture.
Starex University organises various events to keep the atmosphere of the university fun and engaging. Events such as Moot Court Competition, Industrial Visit, and Crime Scene Investigation are a few events that are hosted by the university for students. Students learn from these events and also get a chance to bond socially with peers.
Starex University provides a research-based ecosystem for students and researchers. It has modern equipped labs where research is performed and also provides seed funds and fellowships to the researchers. The university also encourages them to publish their research in scientific journals.
