Established in 2017 in Amravati, SRM Andhra Pradesh is the newest institution after the other three institutes of SRM and is leading to offer world class opportunities. The university has a 100 acre campus which is designed by Perkins & Will and has a vision to emerge as a world-class university and impart a unique learning experience to the students. There is the philosophy that there are no classrooms but only learning spaces which are uniquely designed to suit different learning needs.
SRM-AP has Global Partnerships and Collaborations with foreign universities that help the students learn in a whole new environment. There is the provision of Next Tech Lab, E-cell, Ennovab and over 50+ Labs in the institute to enable innovations and creativity amongst the students. Reputed Companies like TATA, IBM, Swiss Reinsurance, Amazon, and Microsoft are the prominent recruiters that come to the institute for placements with the highest package being offered was 45 LPA.
The Next Tech Lab is a QS ranked student run lab that provides a platform for similar intellectual minds to ideate and innovate solutions to certain problems using latest technologies like Deep Learning, Cryptocurrency, AI, UI/UX, Web & App Development, and Internet of Things. With the provision of highly advanced equipment and events like Game Jams, Paper Reading Sessions regularly happening in the lab, boosts the motivation of the students to accomplish their interests.
The students are exposed to explore different clubs and societies in Art & Culture like Photography Club, Music Club, Creative Arts Club, Anime Society and in Entertainment like Movie club, E-sports club, and Cubing club. These clubs host extra curricular activities to provide students with an enriching experience thus fostering a learning environment beyond academics.
To empower the future leaders of tomorrow, SRM-AP has established a student community to inspire the student entrepreneurs to nurture their seed of passion inside them. The cell has 60+ global mentors, 20+ MOU’s with the government & corporate and has taken many unique initiatives along with supporting different communities and villages.
SRM-AP believes that global and collaborative partnerships lead to better transfer of knowledge. In view of that, SRM has teamed up with various global universities and companies like Flinders University, Harvard Business School Online Uc Davis, University of Skovde among many others. This way the students get the opportunity to study at these global partnered universities and get a new study environment.
