Mody University of Science and Technology (Women), Lakshmangarh

The university has a Meditation Hall with 200 seating capacity for Yoga and Meditation practice . The university is dedicated to provide a spiritual experience to the students. The Meditation Hall is spread across 8 acres of land. There are also inscriptions (Shilalekh) across the campus with spiritual quotations from Vedas and other Indian scriptures. The university conducts Yoga and Meditation classes for teachers and students. The university offers diploma and certificate programmes in Yoga and Spirituality to the foreign students as well.

The main objective of the club is to imbibe the values of Sanatan Dharma and to make the world a better place to live. It conducts synergised contributions to the welfare of the community.  It imparts on the values of the Indian Scriptures to  familiarise its students. These values help students to better deal with modern day’s problems like anxiety, depression, insomnia, uncertainties, etc.  It seeks to redefine Vedic and Pauranik philosophies by promoting them as management texts.

The university has various collaborations with national and international universities/organisations. It also offers semester-specific study abroad programmes for its students. The students do internships/projects at a foreign institution in MoU with the university. It has MoU with eminent global universities like Synergy University Moscow,  Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU), Belarus;  IMT Atlantique, University of North Texas, Denton; Graham School of Management, Saint Xavier University, Chicago, USA; and  amongst others.

  There are over 200 members of the club with student representatives as well. It conducts various environmental campaigns, street plays (Nukkad Natak), tree plantation drives, and much more. It inculcates leadership qualities and the sense of community participation amongst the students of the university. It also fosters a sense of national integration and social harmony.  Say-no-to-Plastic, Joy-of-Giving week, and celebrations with the kids of an orphanage are some of the most prominent activities of this club.

The main objective of the club is to promote the awareness regarding Respect, Elegance, and Grace. The club plays an important role in the enhancement of Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication of its students. Poetry/Stand up Comedy/Public Speech Competition are some of the most attractive activities of this club.
