Established in 2010, Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology is a UGC recognised university. It is also accredited by NAAC with an “A” grade, thus validating its academic excellence, infrastructural advancement, and institutional values offered by the university. Currently, based in a rural setting, the university aims to empower and reach to as many rural houses as it can. Eventually, it focuses on establishing itself as a part of the growing industrial hub. The university has carved a niche for itself in engineering & technical education and also specialises in inculcating industry relevant technical skills, thus empowering human resource.
Jaypee University offers state-of-the-art-infrastructure, such as libraries, study material, and much more, thus helping students to gain more exposure. Along with the excellent academics, the university helps students enhance soft-skills, such as building confidence, personality development, creative & innovative learning, and much more. Additionally, the university has launched a training and placement cell that trains students for better employability through business analytical skills, leadership & management skills, case-study education system, and other facilities & resources.
The university offers various placement assistance services that help students create a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Live Projects, Group Discussions, Events, and Skill Development Programmes are part of the university’s training methodology.
Jaypee University has expanded its roots to four major cities in India including the campuses of Noida, Solan, Guna, and Anoopshahr. This helps students take admission in the university’s nearest campus.
The university has signed MoUs with various national & international universities and institutes, such as Velocity Software Solutions, Noida; RGIPT, Amethi; University of Lucknow; CAIR Bangalore; University of Florida; University of Nebraska, and many others. This gives students global exposure and helps them tap more opportunities.
The university has collaborated with various institutes, such as IIT Delhi, Remote Centre of IIT Bombay under NME-ICT Programme of Ministry of HRD, Nodal Centre of IIRS Outreach Programme, and SWAYAM-NPTEL Local Chapter. These collaborations focus on online courses and skill enhancement that can help students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and corporate jobs.
At JUET, the Cement Research and Development Centre has been established to support the Jaypee group’s cement manufacturing business. The centre dedicatedly works towards the number of areas in the cement manufacturing domain which need special attention like environmental considerations, newer materials, process techniques, broadening of raw material base, production methods, waste utilisation, etc.
At JUET, the Learning Resource Centre plays a vital role in all research & academic activities. The centre is fully equipped with a web based Library management software “Liberty”. Students can search and download their desired study material & information at their own desktop, such as books, current status of their account, new arrivals, and many others.

In order to take admission to the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, a student can apply via online as well as offline mode.
Online Mode
This is a 3-step process. The students have to select the programme they want to study, fill-in a detailed application form, and then make the payment accordingly.
Offline Mode
For offline mode, students have to collect the application form from the admission office, fill out the detailed application form and submit it along with required documents at the same office.
