Other than the printed self-instructed materials, the university provides students with learning resources in audio and video forms. The university organises video sessions at the respective learner support centres to augment students’ understanding of the curriculum. 

The university has multiple Learner Support Centres. These centres are digitally aided and provide needful web facilities to the students. The centres also aid students with workshops to impart application-based education.

The experienced teachers at the university offer students the needful mentoring, with regard to curriculum, examination, and future career prospects. The university also organises teleconferences for its students to interact in person with expert faculties.

In order to render students with an education that is extensive, the Institute of Open and Distance Education offers mandatory resources to the students. The resources are in the form of comprehensive self-instructed modules and project guides to pursue practical projects. The institute also conducts mandatory training for the students to understand the non-theoretical aspect of their courses.
