ICFAI, Hyderabad is a Deemed-to-be-University accredited by NAAC with an A++ grade and approved by UGC. It is also a member of AIU and ACU. These accreditations testify that the interests of the university are aligned with the government’s policies as well as the global education market. The university covers the domains of Management, Technology, and Law, laying special focus on Research & Innovation. To open the doors for students’ holistic growth, the university has entered into collaboration with various international universities such as Bentley University, Michigan State University, University of South Australia, The University of Newcastle, Oklahoma State University, and many others.
ICFAI is a multidisciplinary university with a students-centric learning approach. It has a case-based curriculum, internship opportunities, and other resources for students’ 360 degree development. Additionally, it focuses on imparting practical skills amongst students which are at par with current industry standards. The Centre of Excellence in Banking and Finance was introduced by the university in the year 2019 under the leadership of Chancellor, Dr. C. Rangarajan. The centre was established to foster research skills in the banking and finance domain and channelise the research funds to the right use. Another objective of the centre is to promote “PONDER” i.e. Provoke, Thought Leadership , Organise, Nurture, Disseminate, Empower, and Research.
The university has collaborated with various national and international organisations for training purposes in the field of IT, Business Analysis and Research. SAS – The Power to Know, iThink Software, The Resource Alliance, UK, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank are a few of its collaborators. Additionally, they have also customised courses to meet the latest industry standards.
The university offers pre-placement talks and workshops, personality development workshops and career counselling in the Career Management Centre. An internship opportunity is also included to help students with real-time experience and practical training. Eventually, it helps students with future employment and networking opportunities.
The university has launched the Centre of Excellence for Digital Transformation to make the most of the advancing technologies and communication methods. It aims to target the underprivileged sections of the society. The centre focuses on teaching, research, counselling and training through surveys, gap analysis experiments, content creation and much more.
Established in the year 2014, Centre of Women Development aims to empower women students through various activities conducted by the university such as guest lectures, women leadership conclave, interactive sessions, research publications & projects and much more.

The admission to ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education is a 4 step process. The students have to first register at the admission portal and then fill a detailed application form. The students have to then make the payment of the application fee via online mode. The students also have to download the form and submit it to the admission office of the university and all communications should be sent via email as well.
