Incorporated under the Gujarat Private Universities Act 2009 and established by the GSFC Education Society, GSFC University strives to be the best institution with a futuristic and student-centric approach. The university is located on the outskirts of Vadodara and has three schools in science, technology and management. It aims to equip the students with industry-ready and personality development skills by providing them with internship opportunities, student-managed clubs and well-designed & industry-oriented courses.
To encourage budding entrepreneurs and innovators, the university has established a Global Incubation Innovation Technology and Applied Research (GUIITAR) Council. It also has a Management Development Centre which provides training support and programmes to graduate trainees and potential entrepreneurs. The university has a unique initiative named as PINUPS, which is the President’s Initiative for Nurturing Unlimited Potentials of Students that helps the students to get guidance and mentorship for refining up their overall personality.
GSFC University approaches various organisations to provide the students with intensive industrial internships during their study semester to make them employable and industry ready. It has over 50+ industrial internship partners and has signed various MoUs with different organisations.
The university focuses not just on academics but also on various clubs and activities. Students can be a part of a range of clubs offered at the university covering sports, cultural, technical and literary areas.
The GSFC University has formed the Global Incubation Innovation Technology and Applied Research Council to encourage and support young entrepreneurs’ creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit. The vision of the council is to develop young minds by giving them a platform to explore and demonstrate their potential.
The Management Development Centre is an independent vertical of GSFC University which was founded to implant employable skills in executive trainees, graduate engineer trainees, and management trainees. The centre also offers business-related programmes for aspiring young entrepreneurs and skill-based programmes for young aspirants looking for industrial jobs.
PINUPS, or the President’s Initiative for Nurturing Unlimited Potentials of Students is established by the university to support students to enhance their careers. Students who are academically bright are further groomed so that they refine their potential to prosper better opportunities in life.
