Flame University pays equal attention to co-curricular activities along with academics. Hence, the university conducts various events and fest for the students such as FirstCut. It is an annual international student film festival. The university also conducts a “short film competition” that gives the students an opportunity to showcase their talent.

The Developmental Activities Program offered by FLAME University allows students to volunteer at a non-profit organisation dedicated to social change. It enables the students to become aware and sensitive about various socio-economic issues and understand how civil society organisations work and what are the various challenges faced by them.

FLAME University offers study abroad programs for students that give them an opportunity to learn and grow in the global world. The university has collaborations with prestigious universities in the USA, UK, France, Germany, Canada and many more countries.

FLAME University in collaboration with Nuffield College, University of Oxford has set up a research centre to facilitate students in research activities and offer them resources. The aim of the centre is to facilitate experimental research in the social sciences leading to the development of the rapidly-growing field of research in India.

FLAME University has the idea of liberal education at its heart. It nurtures ideas, celebrates diversity, and is dedicated towards delivering an extraordinary academic experience that enhance the intellectual curiosity and develop the critical thought process of students. To facilitate the same, the university has set up the FLAME Investment Lab where students can invest in their thoughts to develop leadership and personal development skills.

Flames Scholars Program is a one year program. It caters to undergraduate as well as masters programs focused on interdisciplinary research and scholarship opportunities. Internships and real-time projects are also part of the program.
