The JAIN (Deemed-To-be University) is a premier institution for higher education. Founded with the vision to deliver quality distance education, the Centre for Distance Education and Virtual learning of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) is a distinguished institution. Alongside its undergraduate and postgraduate courses, the centre also provides Degree Apprenticeship Programmes to render students with crucial experiential knowledge. The IT-enabled curriculum is designed such that the students can work their way up to the completion of the course, at their own pace. The centre has gained the necessary approval from the Distance Education Bureau (DEB).
To inculcate practical learning into distance education, the Centre for Distance Education and Virtual Learning offers lucrative Degree Apprenticeship Programmes. Along with an extensive theoretical base, the programmes provide mandatory practical coursework in the form of a paid apprenticeship. The apprenticeship furnishes students with key employability skills by placing them in a real work environment under skillful mentors.
The Centre of Distance Education and Virtual Learning renders the delivery of learning resources in digital format using dynamic tools. Digital delivery ensures the all-time availability and accessibility of resources to the students on their devices. The advanced tools help enhance the learning experience for the students.
Like students enrolled in regular mode, distance learning students come across varied ordeals and doubts with respect to admissions, administration, curriculum, and examinations. As the students enrolled in distance education are physically separated from the campus, the centre furnishes them with support services.
