Bharati Vidyapeeth has over 8 campuses spread across India. The Solapur campus in Maharashtra is spread over an area of 11,500.54 sq.mtrs. It is located in a pollution free area and has a lush green campus. Established in 1981, it has emerged as an important centre of learning and research in the field of Business Management. Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences offers postgraduate programmes like MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA to the students.
At the university, the full time faculties are experienced professionals which helps in delivering real world knowledge into the classrooms. The university is equipped with spacious classrooms and conference halls for the ease of learning to the students. To improve the learning experience, its students are provided with visual learning aids like OHPs, LCDs, and audio systems. Entrepreneurship Development Cell of the institute provides students with the required assistance for developing entrepreneurship-skills. The centralised placement cell invites top International and National recruiters to the campus.
Bharati Vidyapeeth is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and secure environment to enhance the learning experience of students. This allows each student and academic/service staff to function without any risk of injury or illness.
Professional programmes that are offered by the university, such as B.Tech, B.Sc, B.A.LLB, MBBS, M.D, B.D.S, etc., are approved by the respective statutory councils like AICTE, MCI, ICAR, NCTE, etc.
The university has devised a Research Policy to foster the research-related activities in the campus. The policy aims to mentor, guide, and provide external support to the research activities undertaken by the students on the campus. It also undertakes reaching out to organisations like UGC, ICSSR, AICTE, and DEB to collaborate on research projects by the students. It is also responsible to provide a mechanism to ensure that academic staff has a mix of teaching and research. The cell also devises grant plans for undertaking the research work.
