Admission Procedure

Lovely Professional University’s admission process for distance learning courses is both online and offline. Students can either visit the university campus or any other admission office as specified by the university or easily register by visiting the university’s official website. LPUDE follows an easy 4-step admission process that involves registration, form filling, uploading documents and fee payment.

To begin the online registration process for Lovely Professional University’s distance education programme, the first step is to visit the university’s website.
After accessing Lovely Professional University’s distance education website, the next step is to purchase the online prospectus and fill out the application form with all your details.
Once you have completed the application form, the next step is to upload all of the necessary documents requested by the university.
Once you have successfully submitted all the required documents, the next step is to pay the fees for your selected programme.
Finally, after paying the fees for your selected programme, you must submit the application form and all the necessary details and documents.

Note: It is recommended that students keep a copy of the completed application form and the fee receipt for future reference.

List of Documents

The applicant should submit the following self-attested documents and ensure that the corresponding original document(s)/testimonial(s) are produced for verification at admission.

A copy of the Matriculation or equivalent certificate, which serves as proof of the student’s date of birth, must be provided
A photocopy of the Detailed Marks Card for the qualifying examination and any other examinations required by the university must be provided.
A photocopy of a valid government-issued ID proof with a photograph and proof of residence must be provided.
If applicable, a photocopy of the Disability Certificate, Employment Certificate, or Service Proof for Defence or Paramilitary forces must be provided.
The applicant must provide an undertaking if there is any pending matter such as awaited results, reappearing for an exam, having a backlog, or any other pending issue.
Applicants must provide an undertaking regarding the gap period if they apply after a gap in their study
Two additional passport-sized coloured photographs must be provided, besides the one pasted on the Application Form
A Demand Draft (DD) for the prescribed amount must be provided if paying the fees offline

Note: The applicant must ensure their signature is affixed on the Application Form and that all the testimonials they submit are authentic.

Modes of Payment

Fees can be paid online through the LPU e-Connect portal using Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc., or through a Demand Draft made in favour of “LOVELY FACULTY OF DISTANCE EDUCATION”, payable at Jalandhar.
